Samsung Galaxy S21+ comes with a glass sandwich design.
Samsung recently announced its much-awaited Samsung Galaxy S21. Like last year, there are three variants, namely the S21, S21+ and the S21 Ultra. While the S21 Ultra is the top of the line no-compromise phone with features you didnât know you needed, the S21+ is more economical for the masses. But is it good enough for the price the Samsung S-series commands?
Samsung Galaxy S21+ Review: Specifications
Samsung Galaxy S21+ sports a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with an aspect ratio of 20:9. It is powered by the all-new 5mm Exynos 2100 processor or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor depending on where you live. It is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of onboard storage. There is a dual sim card slot, but no expandable storage. It runs on Android 11 based OneUI 3.1 out of the box. All of this is backed by a 4,800mAh battery.

Part of the more budget friendly section of the Galaxy S21 series, the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21+ are starkly different from the Galaxy S21 Ultra. Dating back to last year, there was not much to complain about with the Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S20+. Naturally, the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21+ are mere design refreshes with incremental upgrades.
Body and Build
Like their elder sibling, the S21 Ultra, the staple ‘Contour Cut Camera Design’ is here too, although both the devices have distinct builds. The Galaxy S21 sports a plastic back, weighing a lighter 169 g and coming in at 7.9 mm thin. On the contrary, the Galaxy S21+ has a noticeably more premium feel in the hand given its Gorilla Glass Victus protected glass back, although it is slightly heavier at 200 g and comes in at 7.8 mm thin. The lower prices for Samsung s new Galaxy S21 phones may be the biggest feature to help the device maker defend its lead in the smartphone wars.
Each arrives at a starting price $200 below its predecessor in the S20 line. But the look, feel and improved features of the S21 models may drive Android users to upgrade and perhaps even get some folks to consider switching from Team iPhone.
Let s start with price: The S21 starts at $799.99; the S21+ starts at $999.99; and the S21 Ultra, which for the first time gets S Pen support, starts at $1,199.99. All S21 models offer 5G wireless.

If only one word could be used to describe the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, then it would be “refined”.
Instead of just chasing megapixels and processor clock cycles, Samsung has found nifty new ways to put every tech it has managed to cram into the phone to great use, making it a polished product built in line with the user’s needs.
Even in terms of design, the S21 Ultra’s protruding camera block, an eyesore for many other phones, blends in with the design to give it a sleek finish.
