The missing link to expose Israeli apartheid at The Hague? Torture
The ICC has overlooked how the Palestinian Authority, like its occupier, is using torture to maintain Israel s regime of racial domination.

In a now much-discussed decision, the pre-trial chamber of the International Criminal Court (ICC) confirmed that the chief prosecutor has the jurisdiction to investigate whether Israel, Hamas, or other Palestinian groups may have committed war crimes in the occupied territories. The judges reached this conclusion by recognizing a legal notion of Palestinian statehood which, in many ways, fulfilled the international community’s longstanding commitment to advancing a two-state solution.
Israel approves COVID vaccines for undocumented persons, but not for Palestinians

When Tel Aviv’s municipality opened a COVID-19 vaccine center last week for asylum seekers, migrant workers, and status-less communities in the city’s old Central Bus Station, hundreds immediately stood in line for hours. Local and international media reported on the opening of the center, noting that Israel is one of the first countries to provide vaccines to its undocumented residents, including African refugees and Thai migrant workers.
The Israeli right wants Arabs at the polls with one big condition
Israeli politicians are scrambling for the votes of Arab citizens. But this love affair is driven by a colonial goal: erasing the community s Palestinian identity.

A veritable “love blitz.” There is no better way to describe Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s recent outreach to Palestinian citizens in Israel.
There is the bromance with Mansour Abbas, the leader of the Islamic party Ra’am, which nearly gave Netanyahu enough Knesset seats to stay in power, and is one of the core reasons for the breakup of the Joint List. There is the prime minister’s hyped visits to health clinics delivering COVID-19 vaccines in Tira, Umm al-Fahm, Nazareth, and other Palestinian communities.
In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
To Mr. Joe Biden, President of the United States of America,
Greetings from Palestine,
I begin by saying salam, or peace as a value, an identity, and a common project for all of humanity. A peace that we hope will serve as a manifestation of our national existence on our land, and as an extension for our ethics. A peace that valorizes human life, and is embodied in the civil interaction between our people and the land, in our homeland of Palestine, with all its ancient history.
This is the peace upon which we seek to build our tomorrow and our children’s future. The peace which the enemy wants us to forgo so that it can fulfil its biblical fantasies, which led the world to believe that this was a land without a people.
