Shane Lowry finishing off his third round in Dubai
Shane Lowry and Padraig Harrington moved inside the top ten of the at the Omega Dubai Desert Classic ahead of Sunday s final round.
Offaly native Lowry made a big move after posting a flawless five-under-par third round at the Emirates Golf Club.
The 2019 Open winner moved 23 places up the leaderboard to share tenth place following his impressive shooting, posting five birdies and no bogeys to sit on seven under par.
Harrington also made a positive move up the rankings with a solid three-under 69 as the Ryder Cup captain joined compatriot Lowry on seven under in a share of tenth place.

Tommy Fleetwood, Lucas Herbert and Adri Arnaus face-off in a One Club Challenge
Ahead of the Omega Dubai Desert Classic, we pitted Tommy Fleetwood, Lucas Herbert and Adri Arnaus against each other in the latest episode of the One Club Challenge.
The iconic 389-yard par four eighth hole at Emirates Golf Club played host for the fourth episode as the sun set across the incredible Dubai skyline.
The rules were simple: each player was assigned a club they had to complete the hole with, lowest score wins.

Shane Lowry shot four birdies and two bogeys
Shane Lowry was the best of the Irish contingent at the Omega Dubai Desert Classic after a two under par round of 70.
The Offaly man s card featured four birdies, including consecutive birdies on 17 and 18, and two bogeys, and he sits six shots off the lead held by South Africa’s Richard Sterne.
Sterne is a six-time winner on the European Tour but has not tasted victory since 2013 and missed the majority of last season after wrist surgery. It s always good to get off to a good start, the 39-year-old said after a round containing nine birdies and a solitary bogey.
