ROCK SPRINGS The United States Marshals Service led Wyoming Fugitive Task Force (WFTF) and Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office conducted a violent offender fugitive round-up the week of May 17-21.
The goal of the operation, as a part of Project Safe Neighborhoods, was to coordinate strategic enforcement efforts with federal, state and local law enforcement partners to investigate and arrest violent offenders to increase public safety.
The United States Marshals Service partnered with the Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office, Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), Rock Springs Police Department, Green River Police Department and Wyoming Probation and Parole to identify violent criminal activity and the perpetrators of that criminal activity in Sweetwater County.

Dubois, WY) – 33-year-old Sheila Ann Rohovie, of Dubois, Wyoming, has been convicted and sentenced to 120 months imprisonment, due to her involvement in a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.

34-year-old Angel De Jesus Duarte-Toledo, of Yuma, Arizona; 35-year-old Louiz Serbando Pena-Hermosillo, of Casper, Wyoming; 35-year-old Ashley Nichole Bullock, of Gillette, Wyoming; and Rohovie, were all convicted and sentenced related to their involvement in a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
Around April 2020, the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS), in collaboration with the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), began investigating a drug distribution ring engaged in the distribution of methamphetamine in Wyoming.
The United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Wyoming announced today, May 7, that acting United States Attorney Bob Murray has sentenced 34-year-old Shayne Kyle Armajo, of Kinnear, Wyoming to 42 months of imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release, by U.S. District Court Chief Judge Scott W. Skavdahl. A jury found Armajo guilty in February of assaulting his uncle with a knife.
In October 2020, Armajo and his uncle had been drinking heavily and were driving home from visiting friends when an argument about money ensued, according to the release. The pair pulled to the side of the road where they exited the uncleâs truck, who had been driving, and continued arguing. Armajo stabbed his uncle in the leg with a knife.
