London, 3 March 2021: The newly designated Libyan triumvirate Presidency Council, and the prime minister of the Government of National Unity, yesterday demanded that the United Nations Committee of Experts expedite the disclosure of the results of the investigations it conducted into the allegations of bribery during the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF) in Geneva on February 5. Their demand comes as calls increase across Libya for the report to be published before the country’s parliament, the House of Representatives (HoR), meets in Sirte or Tobruk on 8 March to confer a vote of confidence on the GNU.
