Wicked Local Despite the acts of two good samaritans, a local man died of injures incurred during a single motor-vehicle crash on Wednesday, April 14. According to Billerica police, the victim of the crash was identified as William Collins, 61, of North Billerica. At this time the single-car collision does not appear to involve any foul play,  Deputy Chief Roy Frost wrote on the department s website on Wednesday.
