VFXAI promotes Ireland nationally and internationally as a VFX centre of excellence and a destination with talent and scale.
VFXAI represents Irish based companies who are primarily in the business of producing digital visual effects, on a commercial basis, for Irish and International markets.
This part time Manager will provide a range of administrative services to support the efficient and effective operation and promotion of VFXAI.
This is a contract position (part-time) until the end of 2021 with the possibility of an extension into 2022.
Location- working from home.
Salary- €36,600 pa pro rata.

Video production and/or marketing experience
Previous employment in a project management role
Ideal Skills:
Confident on a telephone
Passionate about learning new things
Interested in production process and technology
Other skills which are a plus:
Competence in Adobe Creative Suite programmes
Experience with Microsoft office and/or accounting software
Experience in Subtitling Videos

About the role:
This role offers an outstanding opportunity to be part of an exciting, creative, dynamic, and multi-cultural company. As a Post Production Coordinator, you will work on the projects from the Animatic through to the final Master Delivery, take part in weekly Production-Post meetings as well as closely partner up with in-house departments for footage and files. Attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication is essential for this role.
