Northern Virginia Del. Mark Levine has become the eighth Democrat to announce a bid for lieutenant governor in 2021. Levine, who has represented portions of Arlington County, Fairfax County and Alexandria in the House of Delegates since 2015, declared his candidacy in a news release Monday morning.   “Injustice really gets under my skin,” Levine said in the release. “All our lives we’ve been told ‘that’s just the way things are.’ But I’ve found – if you’re persistent and creative, get the details right, and work with others of good will – even the toughest problems can be solved.
