Lafond said they have met with Nadeau and a contract is just awaiting signatures.  Winnacunnet School Board Chairman Henry Marsh said Nadeau is “enthusiastic” about returning to the Seacoast.  “She’s an excellent candidate,” Marsh said. “She s experienced and we are enthusiastic about having her on board.”   Nadeau replaces Bill Lupini, who resigned from the position in December after serving in the role since 2017. Dr. Caroline Arakelian, who has served as interim superintendent since Lupini’s departure, will return to her position as SAU 21’s executive director of student services, according to Lafond.  “We can’t thank her enough for her guidance and knowledge and support through this whole process,” Lafond said. “She has been amazing, and she helped lead us out of the pandemic.”
