BRYAN, TX â Last week a 23-year-old man drowned in Lake Waco.
Around the same time, a couple in their mid-twenties went missing under the waves of Lake Conroe.

HOUSTON - Authorities say two people were found dead during the search for two missing boaters at Lake Conroe.
The two boaters, said to be a 26-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man, have been missing since Friday.
The Montgomery County Pct. 1 Constable’s Office said five people rented a boat on Friday afternoon and went out to enjoy the lake.
While out on the water, authorities say the woman fell off of the boat and into the water. The constable’s office says her boyfriend jumped into the water to help her, but he started struggling too.

CONROE, Texas After searching from daylight to dark since Saturday, search crews found two drowning victims in Lake Conroe Tuesday.
A team with Montgomery County Precinct One and Texas game wardens began searching for them Friday evening. A volunteer in a seaplane also joined the search Tuesday.
The young couple was on a rented pontoon boat with three other people and had stopped near Ayers Island.
