PG&E power outages reach more than 6,000 with Gas Point and Happy Valley also being affected PG&E is investigating an outage that has left more than 6,000 people in Cottonwood, Lake California, Hooker, Gas Point and Happy Valley without power Tuesday evening. The cause of the outage is still unknown. - UPDATE 5:34 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2021 - An additional 1,802 people have lost power. Most of those new outages are in the Gas Point and Happy Valley areas.
