By U.S. Attorney s Office for the Middle District of Louisiana issued the following announcement on Feb. 18. United States Attorney Brandon J. Fremin announced that he has submitted his resignation as United States Attorney for the Middle District of Louisiana, effective February 28, 2021.  Mr. Fremin was appointed by President Donald J. Trump to the position of United States Attorney in February 2018.
