FIRST time buyers in Cheshire will be able to purchase a number of properties on new developments this year as part of the government-backed Help to Buy scheme. The brand new scheme is exclusive to first time buyers only and is available on new properties that are built after April 1, 2021. There are also regional price caps which limit the price on Help to Buy homes, being £224,400 for the North West region. Barratt and David Wilson Homes will have a number of properties available through the scheme. Barratt Homes has properties with Help to Buy available at Imperial Park II in Northwich.
