Before Rey, Finn, and Poe came to a galaxy far, far, away, a TV show on a kids network had already started to define the new era of

In order to liberate his home planet of Lothal, Ezra Bridger the young Jedi in training at the center of
The Clone Wars, that it was developing a new show, based upon characters from
The Clone Wars, I was initially skeptical. I knew that skepticism was not well placed, as I was initially skeptical about

Rebels, and
The Mandalorian, Dave Filoni. Filoni’s time at Lucasfilm started more than a decade ago, when George Lucas tapped him to develop

I was immediately blown away by the story, the animation, and the unadulterated fan cat-nip that had both me and my son coming unglued.
