European ministers discuss rule of law, EU-UK relations, COVID-19 vaccines 2021-04-21 BNS/TBT Staff TALLINN – Mart Volmer, deputy secretary general of the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on Tuesday attended the video meeting of European affairs ministers, who discussed rule of law, EU-UK relations, COVID-19 EU coordination, the Conference on the Future of Europe and European Union enlargement. In the framework of the annual rule of law dialogue, the ministers continued a process launched last November, looking at the state of the rule of law in member states and sharing best practices.
