Financial Highlights
Full year cash dividend paid of €102.5 million; delivering a net dividend yield of 3.8%
Portfolio value of €2.9 billion, with 97% occupancy at year-end and a WAULT of 6.5 years
Total shareholder return of 2.2% for 2020; outperforming industry benchmarks.
2020 year-end contracted rental income of €122 million

Dealz is to open its latest Irish store at Carrickmines Park in Dublin this month
Discount retail chain Dealz is to open its latest Irish store at Carrickmines Park in Dublin this month, creating 40 jobs.
The new Dealz store will occupy the former Mothercare store and will extend to 930 square metres, making it one of the largest in the retailer s portfolio of over 2,500 stores across Europe.
Ben Wall, Head of Portfolio Management for Poundland and Dealz Ireland, said the company was pleased to be expanding its Irish portfolio.
Carrickmines Park s 30 retailers attract over 5.5 million visitors a year.
