Bangor Woman Arrested at Union St Home with History of Violence
A Bangor woman is facing drug trafficking charges after a search of her home, which has been the scene of two instances of violence.
Brenda Shaboski, 65, was arrested Wednesday morning at her home, 1702 Union Street in Bangor. According to the BDN, drug agents seized fentanyl and crack cocaine during a search of the residence, prompting charges of maintaining a drug-involved premises and distribution of fentanyl. Police say Shaboski was allegedly selling drugs to support her own habit. In addition, she allegedly allowed other people with drug habits to stay at her home.

EL CERRITO, CA Authorities are seeking hate crime enhancements for an assault suspect in connection with an anti-Asian attack Tuesday morning, El Cerrito police said.
Officers responded at around 9:25 a.m. to a report that a man spat in a woman s face near the intersection of Potrero Avenue and Everett Street in El Cerrito, police said.
The victim, an Asian woman, told officers that a man she did not know, had followed her car into her garage shouting racial epithets and then spat in her face, police said.

A Richmond man faces hate crime and battery charges after police said he followed an Asian woman into her El Cerrito garage, spit in her face and shouted race-based insults.
Ricky Allen Amos, 56, was arrested Tuesday morning on suspicion of battery and vandalism with a hate crime enhancement, Lauren Caputo, a lieutenant with El Cerrito Police, said in a statement. Amos also faces charges for being out of compliance with sex offender registration requirements. He remained in custody Tuesday evening at the Martinez Detention Facility, according to jail records.

A man was arrested this morning on allegations that he shouted race-based insults at an Asian woman and spat in her face in El Cerrito.
At 9:25 a.m., El Cerrito police responded to a home near the intersection of Potrero Avenue and Everett Street and met with the victim, who said she had just returned home and parked in her garage when a man she didn’t know followed her into her garage.
“The man began shouting race-based insults at the woman and then spit in her face,” police said. “The man left the garage, and the woman called the police.”
