Ortega unveiled his latest mural, Chuco, on Saturday afternoon at the Chuco Relic T-shirt and souvenir shop at 3750 Gateway Blvd. East in South-Central El Paso with the zoot suit enthusiast group Chuco Pachucos in attendance, along with their lowrider cars.
