REVIEW: The Eagles re-signed Mills with the intent of moving him from cornerback to safety to be Malcolm Jenkins’ replacement. And it actually ended up being a reasonable plan? The Green Goblin played fairly well last year, especially when one accounts for how he didn’t even have a full offseason to make the transition to a (somewhat) new position. Pro Football Focus had Mills graded 24th out of 99 safeties. Tackling was an issue with 12 misses but he still graded out solid in coverage and run support. Mills had some success as a blitzer as well. In addition to playing strong safety, Mills had to kick outside to play cornerback due to multiple injuries at that position. PHILADELPHIA The Eagles ruled out cornerback Nickell Robey-Coleman for Sunday night’s season finale against the Washington Football Team with an illness, the team announced Sunday morning.
According to ESPN, Robey-Coleman tested positive for the coronavirus, along with another player on the Eagles practice squad.

UPDATE: The Eagles officially placed Nickell Robey-Coleman on the reserve/COVID-19 list and Adrian Killins on the Practice Squad COVID-19 list. The Eagles elevated practice squad cornerback Jameson Houston, an undrafted rookie free agent, to the roster as a COVID-19 replacement.
