‘Dinosaur’ workers in mining need to be rehabilitated and not just sent down the road to other companies.
That was the message West Australian lithium executive Ken Brinsden had for the Diggers and Dealers conference following media exposure of sexual harassment and rapes in the broader sector.

Mr Brinsden, the managing director and chief executive of Pilbara Minerals, told the Kalgoorlie conference on Tuesday that the industry was better than some of the behaviour reported in the past 12 months.
