The Supervisory Board of Deutsche Lufthansa AG has decided to propose Ernst & Young GmbH to the Annual General Meeting 2020 as the new auditor of the annual and consolidated financial statements, initially for the 2020 financial year.
According to the regulations on the auditing of financial statements of companies of public interest that have been in effect since 2016, Deutsche Lufthansa AG may no longer entrust the previous auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, with this task from 2021 at the latest.
