As the COVID-19 Vaccine has started to roll out and people have been getting vaccinated, there still remain millions of people who have yet to get the vaccine. There are also tens-of-millions of questions that still remain unanswered in communities across the country.
To help answer questions that people have, and in an attempt to increase the number of people who will take the vaccine, a large coalition of people and organizations have partnered together to bring a COVID-19 Vaccine Community Forum.

That s why this new program that was created by the New York State Office of Mental Health, in partnership with FEMA, looks like it could go a long way in helping people recover from the negative effects of the Cornavisur pandemic.
NY Project Hope is a new Crisis Counseling Program that was created to provide support, resources, and education that covers, and provides, a wide range of services to help people deal with the impact of COVID-19. There is a helpline that is staffed by trained professional crisis counselors who are very knowledgeable and can help you cope with just about anything that is happening to you due to COVID-19.

HAMBURG, N.Y. 2 On Your Side is continuing to celebrate Black History Month by highlighting a little-known baseball great with ties to the Queen City, and more specifically the efforts to get him recognized by The Baseball Hall of Fame.
Tucked away in Hamburg s Lakeside Cemetery, in a far off corner, stands a seemingly ordinary plaque honoring an extraordinary man named Grant Home Run Johnson.
The City of Buffalo and the Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency released details about a new initiative designed to help renters, homeowners, and businesses that have been negatively impacted by Coronavirus.
In a press release, Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown announced the creation of a new program that intends to offer targeted assistance to renters who are behind on their rent, homeowners who are past due on their mortgages, and small businesses who have been struggling since the pandemic started in March of last year.
The program, named STAND UP Buffalo, stands for the Small Business, Tenants and Neighborhood Development Underwriting Program. It will be administered by the Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency (BURA) in partnership with a slew of nonprofit agencies in Buffalo.
