UPPER EAST SIDE, NY More than two years after it was displaced from its longtime home, the popular Upper East Side bistro Quatorze Bis is reopening this week with a new location and a new name.
Now known simply as Quatorze, the French restaurant will open its doors Wednesday on the corner of First Avenue and 82nd Street for takeout and delivery service.

BROOKLYN, NY An art exhibit for Black History Month is spreading love, the Brooklyn way.
Nine storefronts on Myrtle Avenue have transformed as part of the local business organization s annual Black Artstory Month, which brings artwork from Black Brooklyn artists to the street.
The Myrtle Avenue Brooklyn Parternship announced that this year the theme for the exhibit is Love, this time, a timely celebration of the healing power of love.

When police arrived on the scene, witnesses stated a plow truck that was involved in the crash had left the scene of the accident and did not stop after the crash had occurred.
