LeGrand Coffee House set to open in his hometown of Woodbridge later this year Following a recent launch of his own coffee business and online shop, Eric LeGrand officially announced on March 10 that the brick-and-mortar location of LeGrand Coffee House will be part of a new development at 10 Green St. in his hometown of Woodbridge.   Being developed by Prism Capital Partners, Avenue & Green is located next to the Woodbridge Train Station at the corner of Rahway Avenue and Green Street. The five-acre redevelopment will be a mixed-use facility that consists of 232 residential apartments and 12,000 square feet of retail space. LeGrand Coffee House is expected to open in late summer or early fall.
