Importantly, the story was told by the people experiencing homelessness themselves. Dan, Natalie and Joe spoke their own words, shared the fears and frustrations and in public shed their tears.

Dan Orlovs is just 20 years old, but he has spent months waking up with aches in his legs. Sleeping on the streets of Dublin with little more than cardboard as insulation is not good for your body. It s extremely dangerous. If you re sleeping rough, you couldn t be more exposed as a human being in modern society, said Mike Allen, the director of advocacy at Focus Ireland.
