FARGO, N.D. – The 23
rd-ranked South Dakota State Jackrabbits pulled away in the fourth quarter Saturday night, as the Jackrabbits beat North Dakota State 69-60 at the Scheels Center. The game was played before a crowd of 1,955, the largest for an NDSU women’s basketball game since 2016.
NDSU dropped to 14-6 overall and 9-5 in Summit League play, while the Jackrabbits improved to 19-2 overall and 12-0 in league play. The victory claimed at least a share of the Summit League title and the number one seed in the Summit League Tournament for the Jackrabbits. NDSU returns to action on Saturday, Feb. 27 at South Dakota. Tipoff is set for 1 p.m. in Vermillion.

FARGO, N.D. (NDSU Athletics) – The Bison scored the first seven points of the game and never trailed, as the North Dakota State women’s basketball team beat Oral Roberts 70-49 Friday night at the Scheels Center.
NDSU improved to 13-4 overall and 8-3 in the Summit League, while the Golden Eagles dropped to 6-9 on the year and 4-3 in league play. The two teams entered the game in third and fourth place in the league standings. The Bison and Golden Eagles will face each other again on Saturday night, with tipoff set for 5 p.m. in the first game of a doubleheader with the NDSU men.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (NDSU Athletics) – A late 7-0 run by the North Dakota State women’s basketball team sealed the win over Kansas City Saturday afternoon, as the Bison beat the Roos 68-65 at the Swinney Center.
The victory moved the Bison to 12-4 overall and 7-3 in Summit League play. NDSU locked up the first winning season since 2009-10 and now have the most wins since the 2010-11 season. The Bison are now 6-0 on the second day of weekend series with the victory. The Roos dropped to 7-8 overall and 4-5 in league play. NDSU returns home on Friday, Feb. 5 against Oral Roberts. Tipoff is set for 5 p.m. in the first game of a doubleheader with the NDSU men at the Scheels Center.
