Eppley Caribbean Property Fund Limited SCC-Value Fund (ECPF) has acquired two office buildings in the twin-island republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
Justin Nam, General Manager of Eppley Limited and ECPF’s Fund Manager said the acquisition of these two fully-tenanted office properties in Trinidad is directly in line with the company s strategy to scale and diversify by geography and asset type.
ECPF will now own 16 buildings in Jamaica, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago comprising over 775,000 square feet.

On the losing side, Consolidated Bakeries lost 21 per cent to $1.38, Ironrock Insurance lost 20 per cent to close at $2.88 and Transjamaican Highway lost 11 per cent to $15.27.
The JSE Combined Index advanced by 113.35 points (0.03 per cent) to close at 395,801.66.
