This includes a hybrid debt deal with the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (representing the green bank’s biggest ever deal), as well as a broader funding package. The project is anticipated to unlock the South Australian portfolio of renewables generation, providing a critical link to the load in New South Wales. The KWM team advising TransGrid across the package included Tim Ma, Brendan Smith, Jo Dodd, Chloe Delahunt-Devlin, Lincoln Smith and Claudia Martin.

Harald Reczek, EFG International Ex-Credit Suisse Asset Manager Advances at Swiss Rival The family-owned Swiss wealth manager is appointing  Harald Reczek to top management, effective immediately, it said in a statement on Monday. It is the second career move for Reczek, who until last year was the deputy head of Credit Suisse s asset management unit in Switzerland as well as in the wider European, African, and Middle East region. EFG poached him as deputy head of its investment solutions in November, and then when his boss  Renato Cohn left for BTG Pactual six weeks ago, named Reczek to replace him. Reczek worked for Credit Suisse s asset management business, now embattled due to a $10.1 billion line of Greensill supply chain funds, for more than four years.

Sursa foto: Consultanta de mediu The ConsenCUS Project, financed by the European Union, through the means of the Horizon 2020 program, will be launched at the end of May, Energy Policy Group (EPG) being a member of the consortium, according to a press release sent Monday to AGERPRES. ConsenCUS is a research project applied in the technology for carbon capture, use and storage (CCUS), which will be unfurled at a European level between the years 2021-2024. The Romanian organizations, members of the international consortium are EPG and OMV Petrom. In Romania, a pilot-project will be implemented at the Petrobrazi refinery of OMV Petrom, the press release reads.
