Photo: Google Maps Two men were arrested on drug dealing and weapons charges on Sunday. Officers from Epping Forest s policing team stopped a suspicious vehicle on Epping New Road near Buckhurst Hill at about 5.20pm on Sunday, April 20. A 19-year-old man from Waltham Abbey was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug, possession of an offensive weapon, possession of a knife/bladed article, driving whilst unfit through drink/drugs and driving without insurance.

Epping Forest Council has begun to discuss plans to charge roads users in Epping Forest in what officials have described as a “necessary” move to defend the environment and secure National England’s backing for any development in the area.
