Wagner Noel To Keep Current COVID-19 Protocols Till Further Notice
Governor Greg Abbott may be lifting COVID-19 restrictions statewide but some places will be keeping the current COVID-19 practices in place for the near future.
According to the Midland Reporter-Telegram, a press release from the Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center stated that the venue will continue its current COVID-19 practices in place till further notice.
The music and entertainment industry is still working out details of how they will conduct business with restrictions being different from state to state across the country, but safety is the issue with many artists and talent agencies requiring venues to require masks and social distancing seating in the venues they perform in.
Outdoor All-Day Music Festival Planned In Nacogdoches
This SFA program is going to put on a show for everyone at the end of the school year. This will be the Stephen F. Austin State University School Of Music Preparatory Division s 40th Anniversary, and their first concert after the pandemic.
It s taking place on May 1st 2021 from 9am-6pm, at the Music Prep House at 3028 Raguet St. It s right off of North St and Austin St next to the Tucker Woods. You will hear Performances from the Piney Woods Youth Orchestra, and lots more.
Making it an outdoor event is a great idea, and they have plans to make it an even bigger idea. They are currently looking for local vendors and sponsors.
