Imitation firearms, drugs and knives seized in Warrnambool From Victoria Police Police have seized multiple imitation firearms, drugs and knives after executing a warrant in Warrnambool on Monday. Officers from Warrnambool Divisional Tasking Unit, with assistance of members from Critical Incident Response Team, Warrnambool Crime Investigation Unit and Hamilton Crime Investigation Unit executed a search warrant at a Crawley Street address about 5am. Police seized three imitation pistols, a gel gun, an imitation sawn-off shotgun, an imitation rifle, two knives and a quantity of drugs including cannabis and prescription medication. “Imitation firearms have the appearance of real firearms and we are pleased these items have been taken out of the community said Detective Senior Sergeant Bill Caldow.

Switch Flicked On At Community Garden The Warrnambool Community Garden is set to unveil an exciting energy project at it s weekly market on Wednesday afternoon. The project consists of a 6.6 kW solar system mounted on the HUB building with the solar array helping to reduce on-site power usage and provide power to the Quarry redevelopment project.
