HOUSTON The family of an individual who was fatally shot at a Houston area apartment is claiming the complex failed to have adequate safety measures.   Shelia Griffin, individually and as Estate Representative for decedent Darion Donte Robinson, and Edward Robinson filed a complaint  March 10 in Harris County District Court against Grand Park Terrace Apartments alleging  premises liability, negligence and wrongful death.  According to the complaint, Darion Donte Robinson was sitting in an apartment at the Grand Park Terrace complex in Houston with friends eating pizza and playing video games when he suffered multiple, fatal gun shot wounds. The plaintiffs claim the apartment complex has a history of criminal activity and that the defendants failed to have adequate security on the premises.
