According to police, their officers busted a man who they say has been peeping around the university area for the last year and a half.
WCNC Charlotte has just learned that what he is also accused of doing is pretty disturbing.
For the last year and a half, people living in apartments in the University Area have been haunted by his face.
A 29-year-old man has been charged with stalking and obscene sexual display after a series of Peeping Tom and indecent exposures incidents in the Georgetown Village community in Woodbridge.
Police say they have connected the suspect, Rees Amponsa Agyeman of no fixed address, to at least three incidents and are looking into at least two more.
Following an incident Friday, Dec. 18 in which a homeowner caught a stranger looking through the front window of a home on Wetherburn Court around 2:40 a.m., police have been called to two other similar crimes in that same area.
On Sunday at 7:30 p.m., a 45-year-old woman reported that she looked out her sliding glass door into the backyard and saw a stranger exposing himself, Prince William County police spokeswoman Renee Carr said. The man made inappropriate gestures before fleeing on foot. No physical contact was made between the stranger and the victim.
Financier Bill Gross s legal battle against tech entrepreneur neighbor Mark Towfiq continued on Monday
Gross admitted he did play the Gilligan s Island theme song but not as loudly as Towfiq claims
Gross and his girlfriend live in multimillion-dollar mansions overlooking the ocean in Laguna Beach
They have been embroiled in a bitter civil dispute since last summer, when Gross installed a net around a $1million Dale Chihuly art sculpture in his garden
Towfiq says the netting blocks his expensive and expansive Pacific Ocean view
Gross, angered by the complaint, has been blasting loud music at night
Gross had called on Towfiq to settle the case by both of them donating their legal fees to charity

H
e was an unsung genius toiling in obscurity, dedicated to his art and his beloved mother, upon whose death he took his own life.
Or was he a dirty old man who for years sneaked around Paris cafes, shops, and streets, secretly photographing women’s legs?
Whatever the truth, his oeuvre is now on display in a Paris art gallery and is making a tidy sum for the gallery owner.
