A Dallas police officer died Wednesday after having a medical emergency on his way to report for duty, said Melinda Gutierrez, a spokeswoman for the Dallas Police Department.
Officer David Clark, 33, started with the department in 2009 and was assigned to the Northwest Patrol Division, Chief Eddie García said in a tweet Thursday.
