500 block of East Eureka Street, Lima An assault was investigated Tuesday.
500 block of West Wayne Street, Lima A theft was reported Tuesday night.
900 block of Holmes Avenue, Lima Police responded early Wednesday to a fight in progress.

1200 block of McKinley Avenue, Lima Deputies responded to a fight complaint Tuesday.
700 block of North Cable Road, Lima Officers responded Tuesday to the complaint of a fight.
The Cadiz-Trigg County Planning Commission took action to help two possible subdivisions move forward and heard from a construction company owner concerning a letter of support for another.
During Tuesday evening’s meeting, the commission gave final approval for the Pointers Point Subdivision, which will have six lots, on waterfront property along Lake Barkley off of Shine Lane. They also gave preliminary approval for Cherokee Hills III, a possible six lot subdivision on property near Arrowhead Golf Course.
The commission also heard from Justin Reynolds of Reynolds Construction, who asked the board for a letter of support that he could send to the state concerning an entrance(s) off of U.S. 68/Kentucky 80. The property in question could possibly support 29 lots near Edgewood Drive and on the other side of the highway.

LISBON An April 29 preliminary hearing was set in county Municipal Court for Steven W. Watters II, 43, Elk Avenue, Lisbon, charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly driving a vehicle with a stolen license plate on Aug. 8.
A June 15 pretrial was set for Keith O. Savage, 34, North Jefferson Street, Lisbon, charged with OVI second offense, no temporary permit and left of center.
Trey Shields, 21, Lincoln Street, East Liverpool, was fined $1,175, had his license suspended for 180 days, credited with a day in jail, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense, failure to stop after an accident, failure to control and possession of marijuana.
