Libby said: Try to incorporate plant-based protein as well as meat, fish and dairy. Beans, peas, pulses, tofu and high protein grains such as buckwheat and quinoa, can really help in terms of creating a healthy diet that will promote a healthy weight.
As well as eating high protein meals, the expert suggested filling up on a variety of healthy vegetables.
