New coffee shop opens at NorthPark carb palace Eataly Dallas They ll be serving coffee.

Caffè Lavazza, it ll be an Italian-style, all-day café and bar, in partnership with Lavazza, an Italian coffee company. The cafe will serve breakfast, lunch, and merenda for dining-in or to-go. Merenda is an afternoon snack, so if you want a real meal for dinner, you ll probably be nudged towards one of their other inhouse restaurants. A release suggests that the centerpiece of Caffè Lavazza will be La Torre (The Tower), with 12 assorted pastries, biscotti, and savory items ranging from:

Freezing temperatures and dangerous driving conditions among a slurry of other weather- and power-related problems have caused several Dallas restaurants to close. Many shuttered their doors ahead of the snowy weekend and have yet to creak them back open. Some restaurants, cafes, and the like are braving the roads to reopen Tuesday, likely with limited hours.

Eataly Dallas opened on December 9 at NorthPark Center, it was with a massive list of pastas, pizzas, meats, breads, oils, cheeses sauces, wines, olives, and more. They do everything in multiples, with a selection exceeding what you d find at your typical store. That includes the category of panettone, which they offer in 30-plus varieties. Panettone is the Italian sweet bread, originally from Milan, a staple for the holidays, usually packaged in distinctive cardboad boxes, often sold at supermarkets and also at places like Marshall s and Ross.
