City CAO Malcolm White said the group arrived at 5:45 p.m. after a long day of travel that required three flights for the group to get to Dryden and then to their final destination in Sault Ste. Marie.
The group includes 47 infants, children and teens with the other half consistent of vulnerable adults and elders.
