Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi Appoints Charles Fisher as GM
(27 Jan 2021) Charles Fisher has moved from Orlando, USA to Tokyo, Japan to join the 57-room Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi as General Manager.
Charles has more than 20 years of Four Seasons experience. After completing a four-year degree in hotel and restaurant management at Oxford Brookes University in the UK, Charles joined the front desk at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane.
After London came a stint at The Pierre in New York (then a Four Seasons Hotel), followed by promotions that took Charles and his family to the West Indies,

A former United Airlines owned and operated hotel that once hosted their flying crews, Shoreline Hotel Waikiki went through major property renovation in 2018, concepted by Army of Moon People and designed by BHDM Design. The redesign features a colorful update to the 135-room hotel, including a 26-foot high white jungle wall art piece in the lobby, custom furnishings, and an updated rooftop pool deck with commissioned mural artwork. The property is centrally located one block from Waikiki Beach, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, Luxury Row, and two blocks from The International Marketplace.
Ezemvelo Wildlife shuts Hilltop Resort, guests to self isolate in rooms after staffer tests positive for Covid-19

Durban - Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife has shut down its Hiltop Resort situated inside Hluhluwe iMfolozi Park with immediate effect after the resort manager tested positive for Covid-19.
Guests currently at the resort have been informed and they will be allowed to self-isolate within the resort provided they are willing to cook and do house-keeping for themselves, Ezemvelo said in a statement on Saturday.
Musa Mntambo, head of corporate at Ezemvelo said the closure of the resort is a precautionary measure and was also in line with the advice received from Ezemvelo’s medical team.
