The Dodgers’ ring ceremony truly had it all. From the players getting their new piece of jewelry, to some very entertaining videos from former and current major-league players.
In case you missed it, here are some of the highlights from today’s ring ceremony.
If we’re going to start anywhere, it has to be with Clayton Kershaw. After a Hall-of-Fame career, he finally won his first championship and earned his first ring. And yes, I did cry when he got it.

The New York Yankees Major League Baseball team began with the founding of the American League in 1901. The Baltimore clubs were the top team in the original eight clubs; two years later, the organization replaced the New York City based franchise, they were finally named the Yankees in 1913. The Yankees frequently contended in the AL championship acquisition of outfielder Babe Ruth after the 1919 season. Not to long afterwards the Yankees won their first AL title in 1921, after that they won their first World Series Championship in 1923. Babe Ruth and another team member who played first base Luo Gehrig were both part of the Yankees murders batter lineup because they were such good hitters.
