Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Celebrates its 37th Anniversary
Public Information Director Mark Holyoak provided details on how the organization got started.
“It s an historical day for us,” said Holyoak. “37 years ago on this date, May 14, 1984, is when RMEF came to be for elk hunters. They love elk and they love elk country and they were avidly involved with hunting and they just looked around and thought there are conservation groups that look after ducks and turkeys and other critters, but there s nothing out there looking out for elk, and so they put their heads together and literally scraped nickels together and formed the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and here we are. It s been it s been a great run.”

Nike To Require Headquarter Employees To Work Three Days A Week In Office
Nike will require employees in its U.S. headquarters in Beaverton, OR to work three days a week in the office, with the option to work up to two full days remotely.
In an e-mail sent to employees on Wednesday, first reported by Yahoo Finance, Jeff Nichols, Nike’s vice president of workplace design and connectivity, outlined a plan for a hybrid work model for office-based employees in the company’s world headquarters. The guidelines for the return of employees will vary based on the country and location of employees, Nike said. For its Beaverton headquarters, staff will be able to return to campus in September.
