Opinion: Be aware of Ovarian Cancer symptoms

May 3, 2021 To the Editor: My name is Susan Grebber and I’m an ovarian cancer survivor of nine years. Saturday, May 8, 2021, is World Ovarian Cancer Day and I thought this would be a good time to once again raise awareness of this deadly disease. My message is to listen to your body, and if you are having symptoms like frequent urination, feeling full quickly, bloating, pelvic or abdominal pain, back pain and even constipation and it lasts for more than two weeks, please go and get it checked out.  I’m grateful that I’m still alive and beat this disease so I can help other women do the same.

Close× For the first time in 13 years, Witchery has recruited a designer for its White Shirt Campaign By Imogen Bailey | 7 April 2021 For the first time in the campaign s 13-year history, Witchery has collaborated with a designer for its 2021 White Shirt Campaign.  The retailer has called on Australian designer Toni Maticevski to help design the shirt, 100% of gross proceeds (from sales) of which will be donated to the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF).  It’s a real honour to be able to contribute in my own way to this year’s Witchery White Shirt Campaign, Maticevski said of the partnership.  I am surrounded by many beautiful women in my life who provide me with support, strength and protection and in turn, I hope that the shirt I have designed can offer the same to those who are drawn to it.
