The Chairman of Medical and Dental Council (MDC), Prof. Paul Nyame, has congratulated the Family Health Medical School, led by Prof. Enyonam Yao Kwawukume, for being the Premier Private Medical School to present 30 of its students to become qualified Medical Doctors in Ghana.
Prof. Nyame, made this statement during the Induction ceremony of 582 newly qualified Medical & Dental Practitioners of which, 30 Doctors were from Family Health Medical School.

As 30 of its students were among the 2020 induction of newly qualified Medical and Dental Practitioners, the Chairman of Medical and Dental Council (MDC), Prof. Paul Nyame, has congratulated the Family Health Medical School, for being the Premier Private Medical School to present 30 of its students to become qualified Medical Doctors in Ghana.
Prof. Nyame made this statement during the induction ceremony of 582 newly qualified Medical and Dental Practitioners of which, 30 Doctors were from Family Health Medical School.
Prof. P. K. Nyame administered the Hippocratic Oath to the inductees and said, their induction was an injection of human resource into the country’s health system.

The Medical and Dental Council (MDC) on Tuesday inducted 433 newly qualified Physician Assistants and Certified Registered Anesthetists into the Council.
Dr Divine Ndonbi Banyubala, the Registrar of the Council at the induction ceremony in Accra, explained that the inductees had all written and passed the Council’s Licensure Examinations and, therefore, met the appropriate training standards for medical and dental practice in Ghana.
He conducted a roll-call of the inductees, who were from nine training institutions, including the University of Cape Coast; the College of Health and Wellbeing, Kintampo; Narh Bita College, Tema; Schools of Anaesthesia of 37 Military, Ridge and the Komfo Anokye Teaching hospitals, and symbolically presented them to Chairman of the Ninth Governing Board of the Medical and Dental Council.
