Neighbours in a Rise Park street came together for a socially distanced quiz in support of Saint Francis Hospice.
The cold and wet weather didn t stop people living in Isbell Gardens from gathering outside their homes to take part in the event, which raised more than £350.
It was organised by Tina and Mick Champness, who held a similar event during lockdown that proved popular enough for neighbours to request another one.
“I’m so glad we went ahead with the quiz as it turned out to be such a great day,” said Tina, who works at St Edward s Medical Centre in Romford.
