7月3日消息(颜翊)昨日，工信部发布了关于深化“证照分离”改革的通告。通知显示，自2021年7月1日起，工业和信息化领域18项涉企经营许可事项深化“证照分离”改革，相应采取直接取消审批、实行告知承诺、优化审批服务等改革举措。
工信部将在全国范围内，取消“外商投资经营电信业务(基础电信业务)审批”“外商投资经营电信业务(第一类增值电信业务)审批”“外商投资经营电信业务(第二类增值电信业务)审批”，不再核发《外商投资经营电信业务审定意见书》，相应外资审查工作纳入电信业务经营许可审批环节。企业开展经营不再需要办理上述行政许可事项、无需提供相应行政许可证件。
