Aidan O Carroll, IoD Motivating businesses in 2021 is no easy task. We have experienced more upheaval, challenge, and uncertainty in the last 11 months than most have ever encountered in their lifetime. We have learned how to adapt our practices, be it working from home or, for businesses which have continued operating, becoming au fait with technologies and closing and reopening with each change made to phases, tiers and general restrictions. To feel motivated as a new year begins, while still very much in the midst of the pandemic, businesses and their leaders need more certainty from Government about how we will emerge from this current crisis. It is not an easy task given the nature of this virus, but clearer milestones and greater consistency will undoubtedly help.
