It comes from Walsall based Greek-Cypriot catering firm Street Kitchen Brothers whose owners Paul Polyviou and Chris Butcher also prepare food for delivery as well as pitch up to serve their dishes at events such as Digbeth Dining Club, The NEC, BBC Good Food Show, and Lichfield Food Festival.
There is also a Walsall Kouzina restaurant.
