OFFICIALS from Ireland’s depleted hospitality sector will today demand the Government provide a date for reopening indoor dining in order to “save businesses from collapse”.
Industry leaders face a high-stakes showdown with officials from the Taoiseach’s office and the Health, Enterprise and Tourism departments about the future of restaurants and pubs across the country.
