Mumbai city on Saturday reported 866 new COVID-19 cases, 1,045 recoveries, and 29 deaths. With a drop in new cases and more recoveries, the active cases now stand at 16,133. While the recovery rate is 95 per cent, the doubling rate is 511 days. The G/North Ward of the BMC which includes Dharavi, Mahim, and Dadar reported 08 new cases. Whereas, adjoining Thane city reported 146 new cases. Meanwhile, the BMC clarified that it will follow the level-3 unlock guidelines issued by the state government.
