Apple has launched a new workout for Apple Watch, a weekly exclusive for users who also subscribe to Apple Fitness+. Time to Walk is a series of audio episodes in which a guest celebrity talks for between 25 to 40 minutes as users walk. Walking is the most popular physical activity in the world, and one of the healthiest things we can do for our bodies, said Jay Blahnik, Apple s senior director of Fitness Technologies, in a statement. A walk can often be more than just exercise: It can help clear the mind, solve a problem, or welcome a new perspective.

If you re an Apple Watch and Apple Fitness+ customer, you re walking experiences are about to change thanks to Time to Walk. The feature includes audio content from influential and interest people who share stories, photos, and music. It works with Apple Watch and AirPods, or other Bluetooth headphones. Time to Walk launches with four audio experiences, with many more expected to arrive in the coming weeks and months.
Episodes of Time to Walk are between 25 to 40 minutes in length and appear automatically in the Workout app on Apple Watch. You can also browse the available episodes in the Fitness+ tab in the Fitness app on your iPhone. For wheelchair customers, Time to Walk becomes Time to Push and automatically starts an Outdoor Wheelchair Walk Pace workout.

On Monday, Apple launched a new experience for the Apple Watch called Time to Walk. The first episodes, all available on the Workout app, of these audio stories are from country music star Dolly Parton, NBA player Draymond Green, musician Shawn Mendes, and Emmy Award winner Uzo Aduba. While you listen to their fascinating stories, all ranging between 20 and 40 minutes, the app tracks your pace and steps.

Apple, today, officially introduced its ‘Time to Walk’ podcast-like service to Apple Fitness+. The service offers weekly audio episodes from celebrity guests, and is available only for Apple Fitness+ users.
Apple unveiled its new audio stories feature called Time to Walk today. With this feature, users will be able to listen to influential and inspiring stories from celebrities around the world. Each story will range from 25-40 minutes and will be automatically downloaded to the Apple Watch. The new workout is available only for Apple Watch owners, who are also subscribed to Apple Fitness+.
